[While Ruby is out and about, she may notice the sudden sent of fresh flowers growing not far from her. (if it's night, they'll actually bloom) Not long after, Daryl himself appears and heads straight for her, looking like he had business on the mind.]
[Well, she's a young-ish lady with an active social life, so let's say she's been making her way around town this evening, at least until she's distracted by the flowers and then Daryl's arrival. She probably even looks quite pleased and is about to give him a friendly greeting before she sees the serious look on his face and frowns.]
[Daryl came up and bent down to pick one of the blooms. When he did, the whole plant and the blossom itself turned into ash that glowed slightly before being swept away by a stray breeze and disappearing into the night air.]

[He nodded and cracked a small smile to make it clear he wasn't there for anything bad. Then reached into his pocket and pulled out a small envelope. If she opened it, a card with an address and a key were inside.]
